All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During high volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping - 2-7 working days
Express Delivery 1-3 working days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and customs (for international orders).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
Double-check your shipping address.
Check with neighbours or your local post office.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we will do our best to help you locate your order.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance. However, we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds

At RBNI, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our non-refundable policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items once they are purchased.
2. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled outside of the cancellation window as the shipping process will have already begun. Please double-check your order details, sizing, and shipping information before finalising your purchase.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We only replace or exchange items if:
You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged or defective(We assess the products before we ship the items)

4. Sizing Issues
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit, as sizing information is clearly provided on each product page.
5. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
RBNI is not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
We will do our best to assist you, but these issues do not qualify for refunds.
